What Position in Staff are you Applying for?: Trial Moderator
Why are you Applying for the Position?: I want to be on the staff team because i feel like more authority could always be useful. i've been an admin in a darkrp server before and was told i was he second best out of all 7 admins on the server because i took the authority like an admin should. Plus i have a lot of fun in gmod even without being staff. Helping around in a server is always appreciated and is always a good thing to do as staff. So if i was to get on staff I could hopefully help the server out more and help the server grow and be more protected from minges because staff represent the server.
What does it mean to be in this position and what does this Position in staff do?: Being Moderator or Trial moderator, you are a trial mod that is being monitored by other staff and admins to see if you can handle the responsibility of being a moderator. As a Trial mod you have to prove that you can be a good staff and to see if you are worthy of staff. for example: a mingey minge being a bad boy or someone actually needing help.
What will you bring to the Community?: A very active staff who will try their best to assist people in situations they need help in and even help other staff and GMs' in such things as building and doing events.
What is LTAP?: It's where someone leaves the server to avoid punishment most likely from staff or shock.
How would you handle a Sit?: Bring both of the troopers into an admin sit and get both sides of the story, and if its still trouble then i would try to see if there were witnesses by shock or anyone else, then from the stories and sides would come up with a simple and easy yet fair solution that they can make up and agree with to simply resolve the sit and situation.
Define what a minge is and how would you handle it?: Minges are people who like to to joke around and disobey rules purposely. They find loopholes in the rules. Most minges don’t care about others or anything and obviously not the server they are here just to mess around and get people mad. ok so now I would handle a Minge by taking them to a sit and giving them a warning. Then i would put him back in the base and maybe spectate to make sure if they are a real minge or not. But if I get another report and if he’s still trolling and fucking around like a true minge then I would go to a higher staff to come up with a solution.
